  • Group Session

    Monthly group practices held according to schedule. Up to 8 participants per session.
  • Pair Session

    Personalized practice for two people. Date and time arranged in advance.
  • Private Event

    Exclusive session for your team or company. Available on-site at your location or in our studio.
Suitable for Everyone!
Sound therapy requires no special training or prior experience and is accessible to almost anyone. Before the session begins, all participants are asked to complete a short health assessment form.

Please be sure to inform us if you have any serious psychiatric conditions, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant.

Your Journey Through the Session
Welcoming & Grounding
Guests arrive and choose a comfortable mat. A brief introduction helps set the tone and guide you into the experience.
Opening the Space
All that’s needed from participants is trust and non-judgmental acceptance of whatever arises. The practice takes place lying down in Shavasana (resting pose).
Meeting Yourself
The journey unfolds with a carefully curated musical experience. Live instruments may also be played during the session. Gentle, intuitive touch may be used to support deeper connection and release.
Closing & Integration
As the sounds fade, we gently return to the present. You’ll have time to notice how you feel, share your impressions if you wish, and carry the stillness with you into the rest of your day.
